What you’ll be able to do
- Explain what NGOs need most from volunteers, and why turning up matters more than enthusiasm
- Choose a drive that fits you, and arrive prepared
- Behave respectfully and safely on the day, including the two-adult rule around children
- Take photos and share stories only with consent, without identifying children
- Know how your hours are recorded, and how anyone can check your certificate is genuine
- Be a good guest at a company volunteering day
Syllabus
Every lesson ends with a quick check. Each chapter ends with a quiz you need 60% to pass, and the course ends with a final assessment (70% to pass).
